Great job
"Carl was good to work with when i explained that my down load was real slow he suggested to check with ISP provider about problem. When I told him that I had checked down load speed and it was good he then gave me a different download site.
This one worked fine and I now have the software up and running. Thanks Carl"

Jesus gave me good useful help to resolve problem.
"Jesus was patient and understood my issue and got my new MS Office 2019 working. I think the process of installing it and reminents of my free trial version of 365 kept popping up and making the process confusing. He was very helpful and we got it resolved."

Do NOT , I repeat, Do NOT use this website
"I purchased the wrong office, and it was not compatible with my computer, and they agreed with me that it was the wrong product after they had me send in a picture. Could not offer a refund, even though I had no way of accessing it. They first offered me a 20% offer to buy the correct one. Which was honestly a slap in the face offer. Then, they proceeded to offer me a replacement for $20.99. Which was the better offer of the two. When I asked, why did they offer my the obvious better offer second, customer service answer was its protocol. UNBELIEVABLE!!! Such bad business!! Hopefully someone will see this review and rethink from ever purchasing from this site!!!"

Enthusiastic review for exceptional customer (support) service
"I purchased Home and Office 2021 from Ekosoftware on Oct. 19, 2021. There was a mistake in the product code so I worked with "JD" in customer support through the chat channel. JD did an exceptional job of helping me, walking me through the "fix" and standing-by while I did it and tested the fix, a new product code sent to me by email, to make sure it worked. Everything worked out very well."

"I was totally confused after buying a product. Daniel was patient as I asked the same question a half a dozen different ways, my ignorance. In the end I did what he was recommending I do and I am where I need to be now with the software installed.
I would hire Daniel anytime for this type of role."
