"I bought a few expansive speakers from electronics-expo.com
Becouse I thought they give the best service,
I had to return them and they want me to pay the shipping for both ways
I'm very disappointed with the service I never had anything like that before
Other retailers always pay for shipping both ways if I have to return a item
I will never buy from electronics expo again :("

"Ordered a pair of DENON AHNC800 Headphones and learned a few hours later that the item was no longer available, however they were willing to offer a comparable pair from Sennheiser PXC310 at no difference in cost. $350 Headphones for $180 ... great deal! Customer care was responsive and very helpful and they were proactive throughout the whole process. I will absolutely buy from Electronics-Expo again!"

Had a problem ordering the unit via Amazon, so ended up contacting the store. Employee (Rich) was courteous and helpful. Shipment arrived in a timely manner. Wrapping was very secure. Instructions were over my head but a friend did the assembly for me. Price was good. Quality of turntable seems substantial and even impressive."

"This is my second time doing business with Electronics Expo. First time around I bought a Sennheiser HD555. Then I bought a pair of Denon AH-D1100. Both headphones were for an awesome price that's at least half off of the next lowest available at any other retailer for a brand new set. Smooth transaction with timely update along each step of the way. Couldn't be any happier."
