"I sent my ECU computer to them with very specific instructions as to what output did not work; and yet they sent back my ECU unrepaired. If you need your auto computer fixed - by a used one and have the dealer reprogam it - it's cheaper."

"I paid for remanufacturing of my ECU. They "fixed" it and sent it back still broken. After several phone calls during which customer service was quite rude, they finally agreed to repair it but I had to pay for return shipping. When I returned it to them, they could not figure out what was wrong. It was not until I agreed to pay an additional $100 that I was sent a working ECU.
