Order from someone else
"I have ordered collars from them in the past with no problems but lately their customer service has been terrible.The first two collars I ordered this year I hadn't heard from them in almost a month since I had ordered the collars so I was checking to make sure there was not any problems with my card.The woman on the other end yelled at me and told me I had a attitude and that it was only 7:30 in the morning okay I did not feel I had a attitude but finally got my collars.Today I get a package in the mail with a collar I didn't order.I look at my bank acct and they charged me on march 22.So I call the company explain what has happened and she once again tells me I have a attitude and tells me she can not help me with out a customer order once again I explain I didn't order it she tells me to look for the invoice in the package I tell her there is none.She accuses me of lying.I ask to talk to a manager 3 times because she keeps telling she can not help me.i finally gave up and called my bank.I don't think I will be ordering with them any more."

No communication!
"I ordered three toys on 11/15/20 for Christmas. I received two but was told the other one was backordered two weeks and I should have it by Christmas. I've made about 12 calls to the company and each time they say it's backordered two weeks. When I asked them to check on the supplier and call me back they never did. Stay very far away from this company. There are so many other online companies that put this one to shame."

"If I could give them 0 stars I would! I ordered from them because emu dog needed an ear wrap for an aural hematoma... it took a while to even arrive (wasn’t even needed anymore) and also it didn’t fit. So after receiving confirmation that if I returned the item (and paid return shipping) I would receive a refund. So, the next day I sent it back and received confirmation that they received the package. I waited about a week and still no refund. I love-chatted 2 separate people who acted like I never sent them the item back. They changed their story once I sent them screenshots of the USPS tracking. So, after that I waited another week, still no refund like promised (live-chat said 3-5days). So after talking to about 4 people on the phone and being told different (longer) times to expect my refund it has almost been a month since they received the package and no money back. I also can’t get any customer service rep on the phone to talk about this either. Pitiful customer service each time is a different lie as to why my money hasn’t been refunded"

Easy Ordering, decent pricing and shipping was average and the product is AMAZING!
"Easy to order and pricing is where I am comfortable (could always use better pricing). Shipping was just normal shipping - if you use this regularly - know a week before you are out of it and make the order so you do not run out. My product Natur-Hemp Organic Hemp Oil 250mg (1 fl oz / 30 mL) is used on my ShihTzu 11 pounds, 10 years old. She has developed severe separation anxiety and then this past August 2020 our house was struck by lightning with her in it (she was not harmed physically - but emotionally and mentally could be forever scarred!) I give her two to three drops (please note not full dropper - but drops) every morning in her wet dog food. She walks 3-5 miles every other day with me and this has changed her life. She enjoys our walks and on those stormy nights or fireworks, I can give a full 1 ml or a little more. Fireworks destroy her mentally. Her separation anxiety has gotten better. We experienced a week without the Hemp, the days I was here no problems the days I ran errands - she dug out - she comes back - but the Hemp keeps her in balance. We also noticed that on the Hemp she wants to run and chase and be a dog! Not shivering in fear with every noise she hears. Great product highly recommend it - but you should always have your pet examined by your vet before giving any form of medicine/herbs."
