"Ordered dog treats. Receive email “your order is on its way” Reality is the company no longer carries it. A month goes by and I have to call to see where my dogs treats are. I get the rudest customer service representative ever. Interrupts me twice, gives me a fake status of my order, gives me a fake name and when I asked to speak with his supervisor, transfers me to a voicemail box that probably belonged to him. Called back and spoke with a Joey who is allegedly a supervisor. When I asked Joey “when was EntirelyPets going to let me know that my dogs treats were never coming?” he had no answer. Incompetence at every turn. I have a feeling a lot of their employees know someone or do sexual favors to be employed there."
Billing a client for a product that was never shipped is a fraudulent act and one this company is guilty of.
"I ordered vetmedin for my dog on Feb. 6th. Since that time I have had at least fifteen conversations with customer service at this company as I tried to speed my order along. My vet (North Shore Animal League) also had several conversations and sent many faxes to them. They kept stringing me along for two weeks promising to fill my order shortly. Yesterday I had over five conversations with them as they told me they questioned the vet's prescription (which I have sent to many other on line pharmacies and received the exact drug the vet specified.) I had the vet's pharmacy call them and confirm the prescription which they did. I called Entirely Pets again after this phone call which they told me they never received. I called the vet's office again and once again they called Entirely Pets and at this point were told that they just sold the last dosage of this drug and none was available.. To add insult to injury, they charged my visa for this product five days early - something which you do not do until a product is ready to ship. I checked their web site today and see that they are saying they have this product in stock today (but not yesterday)at a higher price. They kept me waiting for so long, and played all kinds of games to try to get a higher price then what we agreed upon . I have never had so much trouble with a company before, checked on an order so many times, went through so much to get this necessary drug for my dog and then have them charge me for something they didn't even deliver. I am writing to the Better Business Bureau about them and warn you also to beware of them."
"This was the 1st time I ordered from Entirely Pets. I'm happy I found this site. I'm please with the service and the delivery time frame. I was looking for a specific item that's difficult to find on line so I was pleased to see Entirely Pets carried it. I received a call from their customer service informing me the product was out of stock but was expected within a few days but I could cancel my order and my credit card would not be charged, the shampoos were delivered a few days later. I was impressed at the fact the lids for the shampoo bottles had been saran-wrapped and taped to avoid any leakage while in transport.
I will definitely order from them again

"I initially contacted Entirely Pets for Vetradent and no one else sells this on line. I was excited that it was available and really at a reasonable price !!
Once I placed the order, received an email saying that it was backordered. I waited about 2 weeks and then called the rep. He said he'd look into it and a few days later, I received the shipping confirmation."
"They have made mistakes with more than one of my orders.
I gave them one more shot 2 months ago... They never mailed my order. I sent mulitple emails and then they finally "remembered" to send it (3 weeks after I had placed the order)... Except they never sent it at all when they said they did.
In the 2 weeks after that, I sent 6 more emails and called twice (once was on hold for 10min, the next time was on hold for 45 min-- nobody answered either time). I receieved ZERO response to my 6 emails. They finally responded on the 7th email when I said I was contacting my bank to dispute the charge, since it was now over a month since I had placed my order. They said my package got lost (no, they never sent it) so they mailed it again. It fonnaly arrived 5 weeks after I placed the order. Btw, this was a VERY small order: ONE 6-pack of dog chews.
When I opened the box I was disgusted to find bloodstains all over one of the bags of chews.
I contacted them again. I've just had it.
I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau."
