"I needed a hard to find part for my old Electrolux vacuum and evacuumstore had the part. Scam: Just took my money and then tried to play games
"Ordered over $1k on 3/19, payment posted on 3/21, called for an update on 3/27 and they said it's being reviewed by a fraud team and I'd get a call the next day. No callback so I called them again and they said my order had been cancelled a few days ago. If it was cancelled a few days ago why didn't I get a cancellation notice? Why did the person yesterday say something different? I received no communication throughout this whole process saying my order was under review or that my order was cancelled. Even now, on 3/28, it says Shipping Status: Not Yet Shipped and Customer Service Notes: None. It sounds more like they're trying to give me the run around and just keep my money. I'll be doing a chargeback."

"My Riccar vacuum is 13 years old. Lately it has been difficult to find the correct filters for it.
