"On Dec. 3, 2010, I ordered a product (Peavey PR10P speaker) that they marketed on their website and they charged my credit card for 319.99 dollars, but a few days later they called me to explain that they did not have the product, actually they have not had it for more than a year, that they could help me find a similar one. They said they had the product up for "reference" as others look for similar products. I said no, please refund my money. Its Dec 30. 2010 and I have not got a refund after calling them six times throughout the past weeks to follow up, now my credit card company is going to dispute the charge for me, as VISA has not got any refund from them. They produced reluctantly some documentation of the refund, but VISA will ask them to refund or prove that they shipped the product."

"WARNING - DID NOT SHIP ORDER. CHARGED CC and REFUSES TO REFUND. I placed a small order from this site on June 15th. I did not receive anything back from them. My CC was charged on the 16th. I emailed them on the 19th and was emailed back "your item has shipped". It turns out that the item did not ship for another 7 days. The sales people lied to me over and over again, I have this all in emails from them. I never received my product or a refund. They have stopped communicating with me. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM> IT IS A SCAM AND THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY. There are plenty of other reliable internet stores. The above reviews are obviously fake and done by the store it self. Other sites have only negative reviews. Again - this site is a scam and they will take your money. I have proof."

"Very Unprofessional customer service. Shipping was very slow only because I placed an order on the 23rd of April. It didn't ship out till the 27th. They failed to tell me that the equipment was out of stock. They still charged me the full amount. I was lied to 3 times by Eric in sales that he would call me and also send me a confirmation email. I never received them. When I received my equipment, there was no proof of purchase, no sales reciept, no invoice or no packing slip. Even now when I call, they don't pick up the phone during regular business hours. Buyer BEware"
