"Had a Kestrel but forgot and left the batteries in it and ruined it due to battery corrosion. Have been without one for the last few years. Glad to see they have switched to button batteries. It was a well made product in the past and I expect even better now."

"When I sent my meter in for repairs; I was notified due to corrosion it was found to be unrepairable. They offered me a $61.00 dollar discount on a new one instead which I liked and accepted. They then shipped it out immediately and I am very happy with their friendly, personable and helpful attitude and business practice as well as their pricing and rapid response.
