Love this brand!
"Purchased my first pair of glasses in spring of 2018 and have never looked back! Accurate lens quality, a diverse frame selection, and great prices. Last year, I bought 2 pairs of glasses and mistyped the PD number on one pair, they caught my mistake and reached out to confirm my prescription — the diligence of the lab team & customer service was much appreciated!"

Cumbersome website...I think they're always looking to trip you up on offered discounts
"My gripe is in the ordering process. There is no usual way to order three pairs. How about one of those boxes....like on every.single.other order and/or check out, where you can increase the number of that item in your order? No, here you have to reprocess your order three separate times. What?! I think they do that so you won't qualify for the discount they offer only if you buy over X number of dollars.
I loath those chat bots. The companies always decide you could have only one of four possible questions. Just type in 'real person' a couple of times and it'll take you to someone who could hear a different question."

This website feels like a scam
"For some reason, it wouldn't accept my card. On top of that, I had to reenter the coupon every time afterwards so I don't accidentally pay an extra $60. It feels like they're trying to take advantage of me. Finally, there are way too many pop-ups, and this is after I'm using an ad blocker. Probably won't order from here again."
