Elite seals are prestigious banners given to retailers who are loved by their customers. To get one, a retailer has to consistently get high scores over time
"Any time I’ve had to return something it has been a HUGE hassle. At first, I’d initiate a return on the site and they’d say that they would email a return label. Days would go by and nothing. I’d have to email them or send them a chat requesting the return label. And the site NEVER shows that a return has been initiated. Then they started to give you the return label immediately once you request a return. Except they STILL wouldn’t show that you’ve initiated a return. Weeks would go by after sending in my stuff and I wouldn’t see any credits returned and EVERY single time I’ve had to contact the company multiple times asking for my refund. You’re speaking to a bot at first on chat so that was always difficult because it would always just basically say “I see your order was delivered. Thank you. Bye!” and end the chat and I’d have to reach out again. And once you get a live agent they take long periods of time to respond. This whole process could take up to an hour or more each time I tried to reach out to them. The last time I got so frustrated after having to follow up with the company three times over four weeks to inquire about my return and refund that I asked them to simply refund my money instead of a credit. They refused to do so. So after I receive my last member credit order I am cancelling my membership solely based on the atrocious experience of returning anything!"
Scam shipping costs? Still waiting for what was in-stock to ship.
"Been over a week since the order for items that were in-stock and still hasn't left the warehouse in CA yet. This was paid shipping, too? Purchased from 3 other online stores in the past week and everything is either delivered or about to be - so there's not any national shipping delays..."
"While I certainly love the quality of products that Fabletics offers, what I do not like is being tricked into to a VIP Membership that charges $59.95 a month. This should be better described for new, first time, customers. Because of that, your company gets 2 Stars. If your product speaks for itself, then you shouldn’t have to rely on the shady business practices of hidden marketing and membership."
"I ran across an Instagram advertisement from Fabletics offering their Don pants for a considerably reduced price and free shipping with a qualifying purchase. The process of placing my order was cumbersome and difficult to navigate using a Smartphone. When I order again, I'll use my laptop or desktop computer."
Dress ordered to be expedited and was delivered almost 3 weeks later
"I ordered dressed to be expedited on April 2 and paid for expedited delivery and it was delivered this morning April 18. I will be returning it and I’m disappointed in this service."
Different prices for different customers or products (not always seen)?
"Hi,
I told a friend what I bought and she looked for herself and saw a lower price for one (1) of the items than what I was charged.
Now, if she saw that because of a different color choice, then why, when I looked at the various colors, did the higher price not change on the item's page to reflect the lower one she saw?
This is a peculiar practice...either the prices are different for different customers, or for different color choices (different products) and this is not made clear as customers shop...and needs to be fixed promptly!"
"I really like the quality of the shorts and the fact they have POCKETS. Life-changing stuff right here. The prices are a bit high, but with the membership it's not too bad."
"It's not that I'm disappointed with the product, but how much the product is costing. Regardless, if you're a vip member this brand it is definitely upscale. I will suggest anybody just to shop at: Nike, New balance, underarmor. More reasonable pricing and still great quality."
