"My order was status as pending for over 10 days and I had to call in and was notified my order was not processed due to 1 of the many items Ordered became out of stock while in process. I was never notified and why weren’t the rest of the items processed with the exception of the one out of stock. Now multiple of the items that were in stock when ordered have become out of stock. Horrible service"

"Takes a bit to find where and how to cancel but I got to it eventually. Tried to do it through a chat. Now I get this is their job to keep you enrolled but as soon as I got to the end and was like “yes please cancel for the love of god, I was high af I guess when I signed up” I got a phone call and the chat went away. Now I guess I got to do it all over again.
Pants are great but $60 a month to be a member isn’t something I would have signed up for if it wasn’t for that lab grown sticky"
