"On Friday, I attempted to place my first order with Fabletics. I was pretty excited, took a long time to read reviews, and placed an order for about 10 items. They were supposed to be delivered in time for a birthday present. Today I received an email telling me that my order had been canceled with absolutely no explanation. I called Customer Service and was told if wanted the items I had to go through the whole process again and re-order. No explanation given. There’s plenty of other places to purchase athletic wear from."

"The online ordering experience is fast and easy. I wish I could such for the customer service in the store at the Galleria in Roseville, CA I had to return some items and the customer service representative, had a very poor attitude about the transaction. I had decided to keep a long sleeve top that I had returned and was short $.20.....seriously....I had to walk 20 minutes back to my car to get the $.20 to complete my transaction. I also visited another time with my best friend as she loves LULU Lemon and wanted to show her that the leggings at Fabletics are just as good, if not better. We were looking for a particular size and style and the customer service person was too busy opening new inventory to help us. We walked out. Should this recent order not fit, I would rather sell it on marketplace then go back into the actual store."

"I honestly love Fabletics clothes and the price is great when you get them on sale. But, I forgot to skip this month and was really disappointed that I had to spend big bucks to use a token for clothes that were deeply discounted on other parts of the website.
I don't see any advantage to 'not skipping' every month because the best discounts come after."

"Love everything I have ever purchased from Fabletics, but the site experience is clunky and slow. I would suggest two main improvements to the overall shopping experience:
1. Limit the real-time API calls that are notifying users of the inventory. It seems like the sheer number of those calls is bogging down the site load.
2. Prioritize the filtering experience - instead of 9 separate cards that show the 9 different colors, get those colors on a single card-color carousel. This will improve load times, and also allows for better, more accurate filtering. If I want to filter on size 35x32 pants, I can't readily get back only the products that are in stock. It took me 3 different attempts to fill my cart and check out.
I appreciate that your inventory is very dynamic, but I would suggest caliubrating the experience that enables "checkout".
