Order Not Shipped Next Business Day as Promised - But They Promptly Refunded
"I ordered by phone on a Saturday. I needed it quickly so paid for two-day shipping and was assured it would go out Monday. My credit card was charged immediately, but I got nothing by email so called Monday evening and was told I should get a tracking number by the next day. Apparently it hadn't been shipped, so I emailed to cancel the order.
They get two additional stars because Tuesday morning I got a very courteous email and voicemail assuring me that the order had been cancelled, and the credit was on my card by noon."
