Was it ? Or was in not? That is the question.
"I don't know what I bought. Looks like plain wrapper item. For being a #MERV13 you would think there would be more to it. It looks cheap. The brand just stamped on it. Looks like any other filter and you just stamped what you wanted on it, and sent it out. I am not agreeing to anything. Im just replying to what you asked. I had the notion I was buying your best. It says down further that this was modified i did have correct spelling."

Slow, but gave me an additional discount
"This seller had good prices which were even better with an online coupon I found for an additional 10% off. I placed my order and it seemed like they must have been temporarily out of stock because it took quite a while before they shipped it. However, when I followed up with a rep on the phone, she gave me an additional 10% off, so the savings was quite significant and fine by me because I didn't need the furnace filters in a huge hurry. Will probably buy again from them in the future."
