Excellent Experience
"Superior customer service. From ordering, to delivery and everything between. June Brown stayed in touch along the way with updates. I also loved that I was able to give the delivery driver my cell for text updates on the date of delivery. Unfortunately, my team did not arrive in time to take the delivery inside. The driver noticed there were only two older women on site and brought them in for me. Above and beyond"

Beware of shipping rules
"Only 5 stars because Marcia with claims saved the day. The shipping instructions come via email and when I reached out to the sales rep to confirm that I followed them, he was not helpful at all and said to just let them know how many tiles were damaged. Apparently I did not follow them correctly and was told my broken tiles would not be replaced. Marcia worked with me to get this resolved though!"

Quick Delivery
"We were in a rush to get flooring for a client of ours that our local dealer said they had. Once we placed an order with them, they told us it would be a two month wait. We called Fast Floors and they had it delivered in 5 days!! We were able to save money too. I wish we knew about Fast Floors earlier but glad we do now. We will be calling them for our future projects."
