Always great service and fast shipping
"Love fast growing trees. I bought about 6 different varieties so far and they have always arrived fast and in great shape. My banana trees are huge 6 months later and my olive trees look wonderful."

Great Condition
"We were trying to figure out when it would get here but it came within a few days. It was well packed and when opening up it was beautiful. Nice size about 3 feet and beautiful healthy deep green leaves. Nice container it came in and strapped nicely to a stick. I am going to try it in a pot on my deck. I think it's going to make it."

VERY dISSAPOINTED
"I ordered 17 plants 3 to 4 feet, and 40 ,2 to 3 feet ( because you did not have big one in stock), but was VERY MUCH DISSAPPOINTED after opening the package . They are NO WHERE NEAR hight the are supposed to be . However packin was good, tyhe look fresh."

"The process to place the order was very easy, but the tracking of the order and the shipping tracking needs much work. I had very little understanding as to the status of my order after the order was accepted. This could be due to the fact my order was shipped by USPS vs. the last time I ordered a tree it was sent Fedex."

Wonderful
"I bought a lingonberrie Bush for my boyfriend! It came very quick and was in great shape. It was a Christmas presents so I read all the Specifications to keep it alive and healthy until we can plant it till Spring. Your site was very helpful in giving me all the information I need. A lingtonberry Bush grow berry's that are the flavoring of Swedish fish Which is his favorite snack. But he has recently become diabetic and can no longer have them I'm hoping this will ease that sacrifice."

"Easy to order, trees came fairly quickly and alive. And I liked that the packaging was fairly eco conscious! But, I was a little surprised at the quality of the trees - the pine I ordered looks a bit like the Charlie Brown Christmas tree...and the decorative Christmas tree that was $50 that was supposed to be a decorative container, was just a white plastic container - looks like a black one painted white. The picture online showed a cute wood pot, not a regular plastic one. I think that was quite overpriced."

"Everything was fine with the people with who I dealt, very friendly and helpful. However, some of the trees I was sent are very scrawny and lacking in foliage. They are not too healthy looking, I hope the live through Winter. Henry L. Woodward."

"We have ordered many trees from them. What makes them superior to all others is the quality and care of packaging. Plants arrived potted without stripped roots or roots wrapped in wet paper towels as others have sent. Therefore you start off with a plant that will survive planting."
