"The $10 off since I am a new customer seemed to be a nice gesture. Then upon checkout, I was unable to use it since I had ordered enough to qualify for free shipping. Only one offer allowed. That seems a bit unfair.
Now I will wait to see how the order plays out. Good, I hope because these guys are recommended by a family member."

Web site glitches
"Using Chrome browser, the web site would not allow ordering just a gift certificate. It added the certificate to the cart, but did not enable the 'View Cart' button until something else was ordered. The unwanted item could then be removed from the cart, leaving just the gift card."
