I received a message the next day that there was no need to return the filters. My PayPal account was credited with the refund, less the shipping charge, soon after. I'd already ordered the correct filters, and got word two days later that they have been shipped. Maybe my next experience won't be as good, but everything so far has made me a happy customer."
