"Outstanding. Really excellent buying experience. Watch was out of stock when I placed the order. Was notified of this immediately and that it would take 2/3 weeks to fulfill the order. Was notified by text during this period that the watch would be delivered the next day. (Also received texts for the courier for tracking pruposes) When the watch was delivered to my place of work, I then received a text letting me know that the watch has been delivered and who had signed for it. Fabulous service - if only all orders on the Internet could be handled this way!"

"The item was quickly shipped out and arrived on time on Valentine's Day. The only confusing thing was that the item description indicates three band/bracelet sizes for the watch but we couldn't tell which one was shipped out. Would have been nice to clarify that."

"I bought two new watches from First Class Watches and the service was absolutely..
. FIRST CLASS! The prices were competitive but not quite the cheapest I had found from other Authorised Dealers, but they offered to pricematch my cheapest quotes and also gave me a very good deal for buying two watches.
The order was dispatched that day, arriving at my door by 1pm the next day.
