Customer Service is over the top!
"I ordered one item to replace an item purchased many years ago. (apparently it had shrunk around the waist) The replacement item didn't quite fit the way that I had hoped. I called customer service and an spoke with a competent, well trained and efficient assistant. In a matter of just a very few minutes a full refund was on the way. So many small businesses do customer service "on the cheap" and that is a huge mistake. I will recommend Full Source highly to anyone who asks. Good products, great service!"
