"I paid to get the unlock code for my brand and model phone. They had all the information of the foreign country and carrier the phone had been used for.
After several attempts by me and by Liberty techs they were unable to help me unlock it. It was then kicked up to a senior Liberty tech; he reported that that model phone was only usable in European countries and was not locked in the first place.
They should have told me that before selling me an unlock code. I'm expecting a refund."

"Lighting fast experience with GSM Liberty that my carrier "Personal" only can dream to fulfill.
For some reason my Motorola Milestone 2 was difficult to unlock but was no match for GSM Liberty.
They always keep me informed about was going on with my order to finally accomplished what they promised: my Motorola Milestone 2 unlocked from Personal on Argentina.

"These guys are the truth and nothing but efficient professionals. I put an order in for my iPHone to be unlocked as stated it could take up to 24 hrs. The process began at 8:23 a.m., by 2:43 p.m. my unlock was ready, following the instructions, using a T-Mobile SIM it took a mere 5-10 minutes to complete the process. Thank you GSM LIBERTY, I can now use my extra iPhone anywhere in the world.
