"Extrememly unhappy with Customer Service. I orded the product on June 26, and the last time I check the item was returned, because it was sent incorrectly. The only way for me to get the product again. Is after I wait another 3 weeks for them to get the product and I pay for another shipping fee, after I have already paid for everything, for the product to be send to me again, which then I have to wait another 3 weeks. I refuse to pay for the product again after I have already paid for it once and never received it. I expect a full refund, but of course I won't be able to get that until they received the product. Customer Service was not helpful at all and very rude. Never will I buy here again."

"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!
3 weeks to receive my item when I paid for overnight shipping. It was broken when it showed up, now they wont give me a refund after 2 months of arguing with them about if the broken one had been returned WHEN I HAD A TRACKING NUMBER EVEN!!

"March 22nd: "R4 DS in stock". I place my order
April 1st: Order still not shipped.
April 9th: Order still not shipped.
April 14th: Order shipped. "As apologies for the delay, please have this coupon for 3% off your next purchase." 3%...yeah. Save $1.50 off my $50 purchase.
April 22nd: Order still not arrived. Avoid this company like the plague. Order from gadget asia or itechextreme...my friend ordered his at the same time as I did and he's had his R4 for three weeks already.
Although if you still insist on ordering from them, feel free to use my coupon to save yourself all...3% of your order. "FORDELAY" Obviously they've had this problem before if they already have a coupon already made up with "delay" printed on it."

"I ordered the 64 MB Memory Card for the Playstation 2 and it just arrived today. I ordered 2 cards and tested them and they both work fine. I am able to use my Max Memory software to copy my saved games from my 1GB USB flash drive to the memory cards. I have over 60 games and after copying all of my saved games over to the 64MB card I still have about 50MB of space available.
However, I noticed that my Sharkport is not compatible with it. So if you plan on copying your games straight from the memory card to your computer, you will need to try a standard 8MB card or the 16MB/32MB cards from Katana Game Accessories.
Having 2 cards is redundant but I like to keep a backup in case one fails or goes missing. This is my first time buying from Gameyeeeah, and I am pleased with the product. I selected the option to ship with DHL and received my items 9 days after ordering it. The items shipped on April 8th and was delivered on April 10th.
Based on my experience, I highly recommend this business to others."
