"I ordered the Gerber Crucial Tool in black for my boyfriend. The ordering process was so fast and easy! I got a confirmation e-mail right away. I got it in the mail in less than a week (with Thanksgiving in between) with standard USPS. I opened the tool and was very impressed with the beautiful laser engraving I also requested.
