"Canon T3i was delivered quickly (Fedex Ground). Packing was good. Have had the product for about three weeks and have shot over 1000 pics with no problems. Customer service associate that contacted me was sarcastic and obnoxious when I didn't upgrade my lens, but that's the only negative."
