"The customer service rep answered the phone: "Hello?". I thought I accidentally called someones home. I'm used to a representative of an established company answering the phone with their name and the business they represent. I felt like I was talking to an older gentleman sitting at home, in his robe, caught off guard by my phone call. The entire interaction made me feel like this is a low caliber company, ran out of someones home. I may not have made a purchase through them if I had to spoken to someone first."

"So far so good! I ordered a Canon T2i package from getitdigital.com and received my package quickly and everything pretty much as described- a couple of individual item boxes were a little dinged, but no big deal. They did forget to include my T-mount, but it was shipped the same day I called to ask about it. Good customer service, but did have an issue with my phone call not being returned when they said they would- they did call back, but it took more than 24 hours when I was told 10 min."
