"You have saved my marriage! I have been everywhere looking for the perfect glass tile for our master bath remodel . I even when as far as hiring an interior designer, much to my husbands dismay. We couldn't find anything that we could agree on, or wanted to pay ridiculous prices for. Then I found Glass Tile Oasis on line!!! We ordered a few samples (fast and FREE delivery for samples!) and we fell in love! Bye Bye interior designer, Hello Glass Tile Oasis! The tiles are perfect. I couldn't ask for more!! "Took a while for the tiles to arrive but it was worth the wait. I am extremely pleased with my purchase. The last place I ordered from didn't ship half of my order and I was not credited for the missing items until I called them and complained. So I was elated to recieve all of the items I ordered. I will be ordering more tiles today!"

"This order followed an order I place for samples. It included both 55 sheets of tile and 16 liner tiles. The liner tiles arrived in 4 days, the remainder in 2 more days. The tiles were all well packaged and undamaged in shipping. Customer service was very responsive to my questions prior to myy purchase. However, one of the sheets I received is defective, as it was glued to the box in which it was shipped, and the cardboard from the box is stuck to the back of the mesh. I contacted customer service, but have not yet received a reply. So, I don't know how to rate customer service at this point."

"my overall experience was great. the product that i ordered was out of stock at the time but the ladies assured me that they would call me as soon as the product arrived and was ready for shippment. who could ask for anything more. i talked with them on the phone plus e-mails and they were very pleasant to work with. i just wish you had the pencil tile to compliment the product. having a very hard time finding anything suitable."
