"This company was amazing. I was referred to them from Time Warner Cable email support line. I was having issues sending emails and they detected a third party compromising my computer. The ability for this company to work on and solve all my computer/email issues remotely was a huge huge benefit. I didn't have to leave the comfort of my own home and I didn't have to be with out my desktop for days. It took several hours for them to completely fix all my issues. It was well worth the money. They also called several times during the repair process which was comforting.
I highly recommend Pyramid IT to anyone who wants the convenience of at home computer software repair."
