The reason I'm bent at you guys is that I can't get a straight answer
out of you. When I filed (the first of several) returns for this
product, you gave me an option to have YF come and pick them up, and I
selected YES. Now I can't get anyone to acknowledge that- and you're
still screwing around with the microwave that you never should have sent
me in the first place.
At this point I can do nothing more than assume this place is staffed by
people who can't or won't resolve my issue. Please don't bother me
again unless you have actually understood the issue and are offering me
a solution to my problem.
