"I submitted a prescription for trifocals but received bifocals. When I asked why I was told they do not make trifocals. I should have been advised of this before the glasses were made and offered a refund. Instead , Goggles4U sent bifocals and only after I contacted their customer service was I advised they do not do trifocals but if I send more money they could give me progressive lenses. This information came too late for me. Disappointed!"
