"I am now on my eighth order with this company, some from last year and some from as late as today. Their customer service was absolutely amazing when I changed my mind about a lens type over the weekend. I cannot say that about other companies online, although I won't name them here. They not only were quick to change my order, but did it at no cost, despite it being totally my mistake. I would totally recommend (and do) googles4u to anyone and everyone, even if you have a complex prescription, as I do."

"2 weeks to delivet unsutable glasses, email response to my complaint 2 different dept offered a replacement pair, i supplied all details they wanted, 2 weeks later still waiting, i have sent a further 2 emails & a complaint form, still no reply or refund.
VERY POOR SERVICE."
