Broke Second Day
"First, I had to wait an extended time from when I got an email stating it would be up to 10 days before arrival. It ended up taking three weeks. On the second day, I went to put them on, and the left lens fell out; I looked at the frame and it had split on the left side, then the right side of the frame split. This was a total waste of my time and money. I'm extremely disappointed with the result of my experience. Crystal Johnson"

Great products and customer service
"I purchased a pair of glasses. When I received them, the bifocal zone was too low and the blue coating caused the transitioning to not work as well as another pair I own. I called goggles4U to Help me with my order. They took care of the issue and sent me a new pair of glasses that were just fine. I saved money and now I can see better. It's a great company to buy glasses from. Customer service is legit and I would recommend it to my family."

Easy!
"Easy and fast to put information in and get prices! Problem is while wearing my new sunglasses if I turn my head or eyes it messes with my vision. I have to keep eyes perfectly straight to see while driving. If I glance to either side to read signs I almost feel nauseous."

"Discount codes on the site or the ones they send are phony... they don't work. They sent one to my phone and said I had 24 hours to use it. I used it within 15 minutes. They said it was invalid."

Great and also comes with a hard case which is a plus.

A lot of trouble to save money
"This is my second time to order. I took my first order pair to my eye doctor's office and asked them to check the prescription. It was perfect. But suffering through the order process on my phone was laborious and frustrating. Any time I used the back button it kicked my order out and I had to start all over. I finally gave up and used the computer instead. It's better, but I couldn't reorder the same frames as last time--out of stock. I finally gave up on perfectly matching the size and made a leap to a different style that isn't quite my size. I'm hoping it still works. My prescription is a complex one that has many more parameters than the input screen has, so I had to upload it. The upload page won't take a .pdf file (that's what my doctor's office sent me), so I had to find a way online to convert it from .pdf to .jpg. That's crazy that I can't just upload the .pdf file."

Awaiting Arrival
"Ordered on 2/25/2025 and happily awaiting 1st order shipment. Checking in on my account, it says shipping date was 2/14/2025 & to expect a up to 2 weeks for shipping. So, for anyone reading this review, I think it's 10 days to create the order & make the lenses and then another 10 days to 2 weeks after that to receive the order. I guess a more accurate delivery explanation would be 3 to 4 weeks. Don't expect your glasses to arrive in 10 days. That's all I'm saying. After I receive my glasses I will update my review. Thank you."
