Customer service excellent!! My 3rd pair couldn’t fault
"Ordered a pair too small( my fault) they replaced them free as a one off as to keep me happy, they didn’t have to do that as my measurements were wrong, the customer service was A1 and very prompt , will be shopping again soon and have recommended to friends."

"This is the third time I have used goggles4u and each time the experience has been great, Glasses arrive in a timely manner with Royal Mail and the products are really nice, they come in a case and clean cloth too. Great Glasses, Poor Communications
"I'm very pleased with the glasses I ordered from Goggles4u. They are excellent quality, both lenses and frames. However, their communications after the order was placed, left a lot to be desired. They tell you in an obscure location on their website that you don't get a tracking number until your glasses reach a USPS facility. It is then 5-7 business days before they are scheduled to arrive. In my case, I never received a confirmation number nor did the company respond to my request for a shipping update. The website showed my glasses were shipped 3 days after the order was placed and it took ~3 1/2 weeks for them to arrive with no tracking info ever sent to me. I would have given them a 5* rating if not for this issue. As it is a 3* rating is what they get"
