"I and my wife were looking at frames for her. We found some we liked, uploaded her prescription and paid the bill. Only to receive a email the next day asking us to submit her prescription. Upon doing so we decided to upgrade the lenses and that's where the problems started. The email with instructions on how to upgrade through PayPal. After 2 calls to customer service were finally able to complete the payment."

Very good product
"Was able to get a new pair of glasses without having to leave the house. When I got them all I did was unwrap the well packaged product, put them on and take a look in the mirror to see how they looked. Haven’t taken them off since. I have been using them every day. Very appealing and comfortable. The prescription was what I have been wearing."
