"The items I order were shipped to another customer. I was asked to print a new UPS shopping label and take it to UPS to have it mailed to the right customer. I assured Chris it was NOT my job to correct the mistake. Hence, UPS came to pickup the package. However, I have to knowledge as to the status of my items ordered. I had to follow-up with Chris to get tracking information on the status of my order...which to an additional day. Question: Why did I need to handle the logistic of GolfClub.com?"
