"I needed assistance with a price on a shirt that I found (tag was missing) an associate by the name Donna helped me and she was very friendly and had a great upbeat personality."
"Was disappointed with not finding a specific item we were looking for, but that was minor. We asked asset protection for assistance finding the item. He told us they didn't have any. But then proceeded to follow us around the store watching us extremely carefully. He even followed us to the checkout and watched us check out each item we had selected. He made us feel very uncomfortable and it felt like we were doing something wrong. We felt extremely harassed."

"I always rave about the wonderful selection of sports related items Gordmans carries specifically St. Louis Cardinal Baseball Theme Merchandise. Upon this visit, I looked around all throughout the store and only found one small rack of assorted T-shirt’s. I was very disappointed as I had intended to buy several items as gifts. After locating an associate, I was told that was all that was available at this time."
