"This site is a complete rip off. They make certain to get you payment information PRIOR to telling you all the documents you will need to get the document you want. So the point of the site to prevent long waits at government offices will create a long wait at other government offices. When I called to cancel the order I was told it was already processed,literally seconds later. Which means a computer system typed in the information I entered. That is what the payment went for. They refused a refund . I am filing a complaint with the BBB and the Ohio Attorney Generals Office. This is a joke of a service. UPDATE**** They did come back and refund my money. I was aware this was not a government site. I just had NO document available to mail to get the documents I needed. Hence why I used this service in the first place. I have lost everything I own in a fire. Everything. I cannot produce a photo ID to obtain a photo ID. this site made it sound like it could help and alas it cannot. I appreciate it expedites things for people needing items fast whole already have certain documents. I unfortunately do not exist according to every government office I contact because I have no document proving anything. Thanks for the refund as I am rather short on funds at this time."
