"The whole time I was just thinking it was too good to be true especially paying up front but my order came in such good timing only thing I can say is in the picture it shows it has two charging handles and when it got mine I only seen one not sure if that's a mod or not but not that disappointed.. anyway still a great buy love what I picked out love the site they have wayyyyy better stuff than your local gun shop I promise you you won't regret a shopping here"

No Christnas this year
"This is the first bad experience I have had with grab a gun. I placed an order for an Eotech sight on 12/5 20. 10 days later I called and asked about the order which still showed processing. I was told there was a delay and the order will be shipped in the next couple of days. I advised them this was a Christmas gift and I need it before the 23rd. I was assured the order will arrive in time.
On 12/17/20 I received an email that said they will be unable to ship the order to a PO box. I immediately called them and advised them that I am a pilot and are frequently are away home home and no one will be there to sign for it. They said the order must go to a physical address and be signed for. I gave them a physical address and advised them this order was a gift and I will be leaving town on the 23rd for Utah and I need toe order before on the 23rd. They assured me the order would be delivered before then.
On the 20th I contacted them again and said I still never received a shipping notice. i was told the service rep never sent the physical address to the shipping dept. They told me they dropped the ball and shipping was never notified of the new address. i was also told the package would arrive on the afternoon of the 23rd. I advised them I will be out of the state and that was unacceptable and I need it on the 22nd. They said it was impossible, but they would give me free shipping. Wow big deal. I got back on the 28th and the package was delivered to the address I provided.
I wrapped the gift and delivered it 4 days after Christmas. I'm not sure if I will ever again trust Grab a gun again when ordering gifts. Free shipping, big deal.

Misleading picture.
"The rifle I received is beautiful and an amazing work of engineering. Although the handgaurd in the picture is not what was on my rifle. It's a minute detail, and the rifle is amazing. Shipping and customer service was excellent. I will 100% use GrabAGun again in the future."

YOUR SEECAMP 380 DESCRIPTION NEEDS CHANGED!
"If I had known that the Seecamp 380 that I purchased would not shoot all standard 380 ammunition I would not have purchased it! Therefore I feel like I was slightly misled about the gun because when you purchase a Seecamp 380 ACP pistol you expect it to work with 380 ACP ammunition!"

"I purchased magazines in the past from grabagun.com before ordering i called them and explained the handgun that i have to make sure i got the right magazines and they shipped them to me.
I purchased prob around 40 mags for various guns and the 1 handgun that i called them on to make sure i got the right magazines, well they sent me the wrong magazines 5 of them and after talking to them on the phone the REFUSED to refund or exchange these magazines.
I could understand if i had not of called them.
PLEASE do not buy ftom this store or you may get the same results i did.
I still have the 5 mags and have no use fir them, that was over a 100 dollars they took me for.
I will let the internet community know of my experience with grabagun.com hopefully you dont get done the same way they did me.

Posted Dec-28-2020That being said, it seems like we dropped the ball. For that we are very sorry. The non PO Box address you supplied should have been immediately relayed to the correct department. We will look into this case to see what happened and how the process can be improved upon to prevent going forward.
GrabAGun successfully sells and ships tens of thousands of items each month. It is as highly automated as possible. This is a really good thing for 99.99% of orders, however sometimes that automation comes at the expense of the .01% exceptions. Again, we will look into this case so that we can move PO Box address delivery requests to the 99.99% error free automation orders. Sorry again for the issue.
