"A friend had told me that this site was doing free international shipping, so I thought I would check it out. Very good prices on stuff compared to what I'd pay to get it locally. My order took 2.5 weeks to arrive in Australia but for the amount of money saved it's not a problem."

"I cannot beat the prices of the strings anywhere on the internet or here where I live.
I'm using twelve and six string guitars here as well as a mandolin and five string banjo.
Even with the cost of shipping it is better than the cost to buy the same thing here in town. Plus I can get a much larger variety of brands etc. to choose from .
I live in Canada in the town of Orangeville , Ont.
Orders over $35 and shipping is free !"

"The correct product was shipped promptly. However, the shipping envelope did not provide adequate protection for the string boxes. Strings were not damaged, though packaging was partly crushed. Suggest slightly stronger shipping packaging in the future."

Could have easily ordered from Amazon (I'm in WA State, so "local" and could have gotten decent price and fast shipping) but chose to buy from this firm because of their reliability and all the other reasons mentioned above.
