"I ordered an audio unit (AM/FM/CD/Cassette) unit for my 2006 Kia Sedona. The part number I ordered was 961604D100, which I already knew was what I wanted/needed and which HFSC's website cross-listed as well. The part number I received was 961404D100, which has only AM/FM/CD. I immediately verified with HFSC that they had shipped the wrong thing and they arranged for me to return it for exchange. Now we are several weeks after the fact, I have returned the unit I was shipped and I still haven't received what I ordered. HFSC staff seems willing to do nothing more than continue to contact me for information I've already provided (and which they already have). It's pretty clear to me that HFSC is trying to run out the clock on my dispute window so that they can get away with simply walking away with my money."

Ordered a great custom sub box and speakers, very happy with the service and price but colour was shipped wrong. I now have a blacked out truck with a grey sub box. As they will not cover return shipping due to their mistake I have to live with it, until I order a black box from another supplier."

"My experience with HiFi Sound Connection has been the worst since I started shopping on the web. I paid for a item that they didn't send. They sent to me a different item which was not worth what I did pay and that does not even has the same utility (how is it call when you pay for something and they get you something different?). When I ask them to resolve this problem, they started behaving so rude with me, that at the end I decided to give up. I rather to loose money that dealing with this kind of persons."
