First Class/White Glove Service
"Chad, the Consultant is very knowledgeable on the functions and efficiency of the different systems. Very thorough explaining the levels of efficiency, pros/cons, etc. The level of service during the consultation was exceptional, and surpassed my expectations on the initial consultation from other local companies I reached out to for estimates. His thoroughness gave me confidence that the installation of the system would be just as exceptional. The company extended some courtesies I was not expecting prior to the installation. The installation was just as good as I was assured. Mr. Alexander, the owner, was at the house at the beginning of the installation to ensure everything was good and as expected. The team was considered, focused, thorough and very patient and respectful with my questions. They worked expeditiously, and did troubleshooting at the end to ensure it all worked properly, then cleaned up all the areas prior to leaving. I am very impressed with the service and overall quality of the work.
I am very satisfied with the end result, and feel very grateful I did not settle with the other estimates I received from the other A/C companies.
Based on my experience, and how selective I can be, I consider Alexander Air Conditioning a first class business and highly recommend it.
I want to publicly thank Chad, because in my case, he was the face of the company, he represented well, he was genuinly interested in educating me, which resulted on my decision to select this company. I also want to thank the installation team for the detailed and high quality work they performed!

Trimmed Trees
"the trees were cut down to property line ,but did not cut trees off line/The language barrier was so bad they did not understand a word I was saying . Had to show them what I wanted done. Finally I got frustrated and showed them just the property line. Now I have find someone to comeback and trim trees off line."

They can't seem to focus
"They won't stop pestering me about projects I haven't asked about. I came to you about a livingroom project that involves removing a couple of walls, opening up a doorway, removing outdated carpet and replace it with vinyl plank flooring, moving and adding lighting, removing popcorn ceiling to reveal a smooth ceiling , painting the walls and ceiling. We chose one of the contractors you sent our way, and are still waiting to fit into their schedule to get the work done, they think maybe next month. Meanwhile you keep sending individuals who only want to do the painting, or only want to do the drywall, or only want to do plumbing....our prject doesn't even include plumbing. We haven't been able to start the project we asked about and you are hounding me about yardwork, landscaping, roofing, house cleaning, ....oh my goodness, the list goes on. Finish one project first, leave me alone about anything else. I've got guys calling me from Colorado wanting to come do just my flooring project......are you kidding? All I wanted is a LOCAL contractor that has been vetted so I don't have to worry about being ripped off. Do your job and wait patiently for me to ask about something else. Our next project is a total kitchen remodel and I am thinking about letting the cabinet builder do the whole job, to keep from having to deal with you folks again."
