Excellent referral but poor website/app and customer service.
"We did hire an excellent referral, though other contractors interested in our job were not in the same league as the one we hired. I found the Angi website difficult to use and the kind of work we needed done not categorized well. After the job was completed it was difficult to figure out how to submit a review and at one point the Angi app was blank when eventually I was given a link to write the review. Then using the website, when I submitted the review there was an error and it was impossible to know if the review was posted. There is no way I could figure out how to search for a particular contractor so I could see if my review was posted. Customer service was no help when I called and gave me another number to call for help with reviews. On the first business day after I left the message, I have yet to hear back."

some what Surprised
"Surprised at the fact of all the calls that I received. But from home advisor I only received two bids. I retained my other bids by other sources. I know Norman Oklahoma is very busy but still if a company is going to give me a call and tell me they’re going to give me a bid they should do it. I know home advisor can’t control that the way they’re set up now but maybe in the future they can figure out a way."
