"One of the contractors was very professional and I ended up using him. The other contractor that was suggested was not very good at following up on my notes and phone calls. I never did get the promised estimate for my job. I found the option to contract the work directly with Home Advisor/Angi to be a little confusing. I might have used that approach but I was unsure how the job would be awarded."

Excellent removal services
"Of the four companies teferred, we heard from two immediately and another a few hours later. I was asked to give my contact info to the fourth company, but they never returned my call.
Vortex Removal Services in Hamilton, GA. gave us an extremely competitive price, they removed and took to donation sites a 4 piece bedroom set, chairs, TV, mattress, box springs, bedding and some clothing. Matthew and his crew worked quietly, professionally and safely. They arrived on time and were accommodating and courteous. I will be calling on this new Harris County business in the future. A truly great experience all around."

"I requested a contractor to correct door threshold leaks. Website said I'd be charged on day of service but I wash charged the same day as my order. They also charged me for a membership that I didn't knowingly request. When confronted they said I couldn't cancel the service or the membership. I had to take it to a higher level to get my money back but didn't get an apology"
