Run terrible
"They hold on to your money for so long that they should be forced to pay you interest. When you ask where your payment is you get blatant lies. When they tell you when your payment will be sent it never arrives. When you ask why you are given an image of the 45ish day policy that they are allowed to hold your money. They make up stories about damage. Essentially they want to frustrate you into taking a lower offer. Don’t do business with these vultures. With Craigslist or the Facebook marketplace at least YOU are in control."

"This company takes your item and holds your payment for over 2 months per their agreement and will not send your item back if requested (also per their agreement). This company hides behind their terms without being upfront about them during your trade in (their terms are hidden in a link that you accept). I wouldn't sell to this company again and I wouldn't advise you to either."

Misrepresents Payment Timeframe
"On their website it references being paid within 3-14 by check. Emailed requesting status and was told they have until December, referenced the seller agreement page 35. Won’t waste my time checking if its there but will never sell anything to these crooks again. If you want to get paid quickly go elsewhere."
