"I was lied to multiple times about when I would receive my payment for my iPhoneX. I sent my phone in over a month ago and still have not received payment. I was 7-10 business days. After that past 24/48 hours, then 9/13 today is 9/19 still no payment. I called today and have been advise middle of next week no date or reason why. I would never use this company again. I would refer them to my worst enemy. The customer care agents are trash!"
