"Company out of business?? Ordered on 11/2, today is 11/7 and my order still says pending. I called the numbers on the website and the mailbox is full. Called the 877 number on the website and the woman said they dont have this number anymore. Emailed twice in last 3 days - no reply. No whitepages or yellowpages entry. Whats going on?"

"I'm just going to repeat a review I read below: "Although the salesperson has a strong Asian accent, and most times I got their phone mail (I did receive calls back each time within the stated 24 hours, as well as via e-mail went contacted that way) I found that doing business with this company was fine and the prices couldn't be beat." My experience was the same. Infinitech delivered what it promised, and the prices can't be beat."

"Placed the order almost a month ago. They have claimed the item was in stock but it was not. They charged me. They claimed they shipped product but I have not received it. I have made several attempts to get the tracking number via e-mail and phone, they have not sent the tracking number. They are not answering. Their answering machine has become full recently. During the credit transaction, they have provided a disconnected phone number to the bank."
