"I want to say that this was one of the easiest online shopping experiences. I'm a contractor on Long Island NY, I've Installed plenty of water radiant, but never electric radiant. I started by calling to number on line, I called very early in the morning and left a message, I received a call back shortly from Tony and gave him the measurements of the room, from there he did the rest of the work. I asked for overnight shipping, I paid a small additional fee for that service and the order was at my door the next day. The installation was very easy. I hope that this review is posted on line, This company is Fantastic, I highly recommend them, But the best part of my experience was the way Tony handled the order. Very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. A++++++++"
