Wasted my money
"The three cartridges I ordered would not work. After inserting one and had no success I called and talked to someone in customer service. She told me to insert another one no success. She told me to clean the printer head, still no success. I told her from the start the cartridge was not fitting exactly like the other colors that were already in there. Tried the third one still not printing. I have tried all the cartridges that I ordered and still have no black cartridge to print with."

Waiting for a customer service response
"I received the ink cartridges I ordered on 11/3. The cartridges I ordered do not seem to be the correct ones for my Brother printer. I tried inserting several in the printer and they would not load. I emailed InkPlusToner.com that day and told them of my problem. Their customer service people replied and told me the cartrridges ordered were the right ones for my printer. they are not and I emailed again asking what I need to do to return the cartridges and receive a refund. I have not received a reply so far. William McCullough. Order#435237"

"I won't know for some time about the quality (compatibility) of the cartridges you sent me. The cartridge that's currently installed isn't printing "true" colors. Very disappointing.
