LEAKING CARTARAGE
"I will never buy from this place again. Each ink cartridge kept leaking every time I opened the cartridge. I would like to have a refund but everytime I call you, It will not allow me. I will not recommend this place to anyone because it is crap and is a fake."

Incorrect items in shipment
"Ordered 20 cartridges for 2 printers, 12 for an MG8220, and 8 for an MG7120, numbers are close. What arrived were 20 cartridges for the MG8220 printer. Tried contacting customer support repeatedly, left VM, could never reach anyone. Finally picked 'sales' on the phone menu, and within minutes my order was found, discrepancies noted, and the correct items shipped immediately, and arrived within 2 days, no hassles.
Excellent resolution of issue.
Overall very pleased as this is my first order from InkPlusToner.com , would have rated Excellent, had the correct cartridges been shipped the first time.
Will definitely order again.
