"I recieved my order in a timely fashion. I ordered a continuous ink system for a Canon ip4000 inkjet printer. They advertise that the ink is included with the system, but they charged me extra for it. A phone call to them at my expense took care of that problem. They refunded the difference. The customer service from this company is good, but I am unhappy with the product. The colors as printed with this product are faded. Red is pink, blue is light blue, and yellow is so light, you can barely see it. I have detirmined that it is the cartridge system included. I refilled the oem cartridges I still have with the ink included with the system, And the colors are fine. As it only has a 6 month warranty, I am stuck with it. So much for the support of the company that made it."
