"Up until this last purchase from Intesafirestore.com, Everything I have ever ordered has been perfect. This last order took 4 months to get here, I paid for Rush, and didn't get everything I ordered. Not to mention the controller was covered in hot glue, and I had to disassemble it myself to get the button to work. The controller battery had to be swapped with a controller that I already had for my PS4. They won't respond to my emails, and don't answer the phone. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!"

"So far it's been a week and 3 days since I placed my order. I call and they never answer. I emailed and they briefly say they would get back to me and 3 days later nothing. I think the customer service is extremely lacking. I hope when I get it it actually works. When I paid they didn't even give me a order number. Just thanking me for my order. Nothing else. What the hell. I will write another review when I get it."

"Finally got my controller. Mods don't work, and didn't get exactly what I ordered. Trying to contact them to return has been nothing but a pain. Even if I could return it, I probably can't because they didn't give me a copy of my receipt (seems suspicious to me), which is needed. Phone never gets answered and they stopped replying to emails after their recommendations to get mods working failed. I'm out $166. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company. I really believe all the positive reviews are paid for.
EDIT: Finally got through to them by email and agreed to repair my controller in February. It is now mid-July, and I still don't have it back. They claim it was sent back to me, but must have got "lost". Sure, ok, doubtful. I also see they removed themselves from this site as a merchant member. Must be because of all the truthful bad reviews. Avoid these guys at all costs, and if you're naive enough to buy from them after reading all these negative reviews, pay with PayPal so you're purchase is protected."

"being a very experienced techie, this was an easy install except for one situation. as the board is laying in the controller, due to the large bumps from the springs of the battery holder of my xbox 360 controller, the intensafire board itself does not lay perfectly flat onto the controller board. if you are very patient and are using the black glue-like method, you can get every contact point 'glued' properly.......but i express to have ALOT of patience. you must wait for the glue to dry at each point to ensure they don't come undone as your pressing the board over those battery bumps. oh, using tape to hold it in place does give you a '3rd' hand in holding the intensafire board, but again, be patient.
i may go back and solder the board in place making a 'true' permanent fit of the board to the controller, but if your in a pinch and without solder equipment, the black glue will be sufficient.

"I ordered the Quick scope sticker set. And I must say I was alittle skeptical about it work, but it actually works pretty good. It takes alittle time to get used to but I don't plan on taking it off my tv. Its a really good product. Next I think I will get a controller.
